Pay Your Bill

Family Health Center of Ashland City PLLC will submit a health claim to the health plan provided by you at the time of your visit. It is imperative that we have your most current insurance information on file; incorrect information leads to delays in payment and may result in your being responsible for your account balance.

Once your health plan has paid and appropriate adjustments have been applied to your account, you will receive a billing statement for any balance that has been applied to your deductible or copayment. It is your responsibility to settle any amounts not covered by your health plan as soon as possible.

NOTE: We are well aware of the recent changes in healthcare coverage and understand that patient deductibles are increasing. We are happy to work with you regarding your account. If you have a high deductible and your balance with us cannot be paid in a lump sum, please call our billing office to make payment arrangements.

We accept payments via any of the following methods:

Traditional Payments

  • cash (in person only)

  • check or money order (by mail or in person)

  • credit card (by phone or in person)

Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express

Electronic Payments

Pay your bill quickly and securely utilizing our XpressPay service. Your payment will be posted to your account within 2-3 business days.

Credit card payments may be made by telephone at 615-792-1199.  Please have your statement and credit card information ready when you call.
